OVERVIEW
The North Louisiana Youth Percussion Ensemble Festival brings middle and high school percussionists to campus where they perform under the lights of historic Howard Auditorium. Individuals and groups receive on-stage feedback and experience an informative percussion clinic. Select members from each program are combined to form the Honors Youth Percussion Ensemble led by our festival clinician. 

• Ensembles will be given a 30-minute performance slot ($175)

• *NEW* Soloists will be given a 10-minute performance slot ($25)

• Recordings will be provided to each ensemble/soloist
  
  

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE
Fri, Mar 20
3-5p Honors Youth Percussion Ensemble rehearsal
7p Festival opening concert featuring the guest artist

Sat, Mar 21
9a Honors Youth Percussion Ensemble rehearsal
10a-12p Participating ensemble/solo performances
1:30p Clinic and door prizes
2:30p-4:30p Participating ensemble/solo performances
5:30p Festival closing concert featuring the Honors Youth Percussion Ensemble
